While our temporary tattoos are designed to bring joy and creative expression, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. This policy outlines our straightforward process for returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 15 days of your receipt of the order. Please note that all items must be in their original, unopened condition with packaging intact.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1 Contact Our Customer Service

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2 Receive Return Authorization

We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Returns without this authorization cannot be processed.

3 Package Your Items

Securely package the items in their original condition with all packaging materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

4 Ship to Our Address

5 Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Your refund will then be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Important Exceptions

Due to the nature of our products, opened or used temporary tattoo packages cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This includes any products from our artistic collections that have been removed from their original sealed packaging.

Additionally, custom or personalized temporary tattoos (when available) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for different designs from our artistic collections including:

  • Artworks & Astrology designs
  • Astronomy & Constellations
  • Banksy-inspired creations
  • Birds & Butterflies
  • And all our other artistic themes

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or provide alternative options.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and your order number. We’ll promptly send replacements at no additional cost.
